This private 60-minute Equine Wellness Experience includes: • Grounding, breathwork, and meditation inspired by yoga therapy • Mindful, experience-based connection with our herd — inspired by equine-assisted therapy • Check-in and reflection/debrief to integrate your experience • Guided by Maxime Willems, combining equine-assisted therapy, yoga therapy, and principles from Gestalt Psychotherapy
